Morning Prayers to Open up and Recharge: In the Bible it is stated that first there was the Word and the Word was make Holy and the Word was pray. Pray was petitioning to the Godhead and the Word created the universe (Big Bang Theory). So with our Collective Conscious with the Godhead we created the   universe which is difficult for us to comprehend with are limited consciousness using only are Five Senses. We are actually still creating all time but we are not fully aware of it. 

Daily Prayers for Clarity, Wisdom and Truth: So we are petitioning to God by prayer to receive whatever we desire through God by praying to him. As we are reenacting the creation of the universe by praying to God daily. You take your considerate thought and draw your head back and send that thought out into the empty sky and it will come back to you physically in its manifested form. It is that simple.

Evening Prayers of Thanksgiving and Guidance: This is based on the Concept (Thought), Desire (Emotion) and Manifestation (Physical Result) as your Mental Body controls your Emotional Body and your Emotional Body controls your Physical Body. This is how we were designed as the likeness of God. We are the Co-creators as we have been engineer to do so since the beginning of the universe, but we are just not totally conscious of it.
